Just two weeks and two days until the next SDF school begins. I hope all you students out there are cramming those movies in. And if you still want to apply, it's never too late. It's one of the best schools in YWAM but then I would say that because I've done it myself. It's such a relevant course in today's society, giving you the skills to tell stories and opening up a host of opportunities in the entertainment industry.

And speaking of stories, we've been filming An Unbelievably True Story. You won't believe what happens! Aliens, angels, werewolves, murders, gypsies, whales and true love... all in one night! There will be a trailer coming soon to a web page near you and if you haven't yet seen the trailer for A Fistful of Staples, check it out at SDFOZ's facebook site... it's almost as unbelievable... almost.

A couple of weeks ago we hosted the Not for Sale conference. It was quite shocking. I never knew that young children are being forced to work as a part of the production line of the food we eat and clothes we wear. However, this campaign is not just about children, it's about slavery in general. There is a good possibility that the upcoming MAD school may have the chance to work in connection with Not For Sale, shooting some promotional and documentary productions.

This week sees the return of our outreach teams from India, South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Russia. That means our base will be back to normal after eight quiet weeks. It's going to be noisy but brimming with life and excitable people, with plenty of stories to share over a coffee.
